Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using https://seoforlawfirm.com/ (the “Website”), including any pages, forms, content, resources, tools, features, or other materials made available through the Website.

The Website is operated by SEOforlawfirm (“SEOforlawfirm,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Information about SEOforlawfirm is available on our About Us page.

These Terms govern the use of the Website by visitors, prospective clients, clients, and other users (“you” or “user”).

Accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or otherwise using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. A user who does not agree with these Terms must discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms apply to use of the Website. Paid SEO, advertising, website development, content, consulting, marketing, or related services purchased from SEOforlawfirm remain subject to any separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement entered into between SEOforlawfirm and the client. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning paid services, the separate written agreement controls for those services.

1. About SEOforlawfirm

SEOforlawfirm provides digital marketing services focused primarily on law firms and legal-industry businesses. Services offered or discussed through the Website include search engine optimization (“SEO”), local SEO, content marketing, website development and optimization, paid advertising, keyword research, technical SEO, link development, analytics, search strategy, artificial-intelligence-assisted marketing workflows, and related consulting services.

Descriptions of services on the Website provide general information about SEOforlawfirm’s capabilities. Website descriptions do not create a contractual obligation to provide a particular service, feature, methodology, deliverable, result, or performance level.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

SEOforlawfirm is a marketing and SEO business. SEOforlawfirm is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

Nothing contained on this Website creates an attorney-client relationship between SEOforlawfirm and any visitor, client, attorney, law firm, or other person.

Content concerning legal marketing, attorney advertising, bar rules, professional conduct rules, regulatory requirements, privacy obligations, accessibility requirements, or similar subjects is provided for marketing and informational purposes only.

Law firms and attorneys remain responsible for obtaining advice from qualified legal counsel concerning applicable laws, bar rules, ethics rules, advertising regulations, solicitation restrictions, professional-responsibility requirements, privacy requirements, and other legal obligations.

3. Client Responsibility for Legal and Ethical Compliance

SEOforlawfirm works with businesses operating in a regulated professional industry. Each law firm, attorney, or other client remains solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ethics compliance, and professional appropriateness of content published under that client’s name.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Attorney biographies and credentials
  • Practice-area descriptions
  • Case results and verdict information
  • Testimonials and reviews
  • Professional claims
  • Comparative statements
  • Advertising disclosures
  • Legal articles and educational content
  • Guarantees or statements concerning outcomes
  • Geographic or jurisdictional representations
  • Attorney advertising language
  • Disclaimers required under applicable professional-conduct rules
  • AI-assisted or AI-generated materials
  • Website privacy notices and consent language
  • Statements concerning legal services

SEOforlawfirm does not assume a law firm’s professional responsibility obligations merely because SEOforlawfirm creates, edits, optimizes, publishes, recommends, or distributes marketing material.

Final approval and use of client marketing material remain the client’s responsibility.

4. No Guarantee of Search Rankings or Marketing Results

Search engine optimization and digital marketing depend on numerous factors outside SEOforlawfirm’s control.

SEOforlawfirm does not guarantee any specific search ranking, Google Maps position, organic traffic level, number of impressions, number of clicks, number of telephone calls, number of leads, consultation volume, signed cases, revenue, return on investment, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, advertising approval, backlink metric, domain metric, AI-search visibility, or other business result unless a separate signed written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, directories, AI platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties independently control their systems.

Google and other search engines regularly modify algorithms, ranking systems, search layouts, indexing processes, policies, spam-detection systems, local-search systems, and AI-generated search features.

A prior ranking, traffic result, case study, client result, or campaign result does not guarantee the same outcome for another client.

5. Search Engine and Third-Party Platform Changes

SEOforlawfirm does not control Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, third-party directories, hosting companies, domain registrars, analytics platforms, social networks, AI systems, review platforms, or other third-party services.

SEOforlawfirm is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party actions, including:

  • Algorithm updates
  • Ranking fluctuations
  • Search-result changes
  • Deindexing
  • Manual actions
  • Search engine penalties
  • Account suspension
  • Advertising account restrictions
  • Advertisement rejection
  • Google Business Profile suspension
  • Listing removal
  • Review removal
  • Platform outages
  • API changes
  • Policy changes
  • Tracking failures
  • Analytics discrepancies
  • Third-party security incidents
  • Domain or hosting interruptions
  • Changes to AI-generated search results

References to third-party products, platforms, trademarks, or businesses do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

6. AI-Assisted Marketing and Content Disclaimer

SEOforlawfirm uses or discusses artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, semantic analysis, language models, data-processing tools, and related technology as part of certain marketing workflows.

AI-assisted systems produce probabilistic outputs and are subject to inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, hallucinations, formatting errors, citation errors, and other limitations.

No AI-generated or AI-assisted content constitutes legal advice.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing content relating to laws, court decisions, regulations, professional rules, statistics, medical information, financial information, attorney credentials, case results, and other factual assertions before publication.

SEOforlawfirm does not guarantee that content will appear in AI-generated search results, AI Overviews, language-model responses, featured snippets, knowledge panels, or other search features.

7. Website Content Is for General Information

Website materials provide general information about SEO, digital marketing, law firm marketing, search engines, advertising, website development, content strategy, and related subjects.

Website content does not constitute:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Professional ethics advice
  • Investment advice
  • A guarantee of marketing performance
  • A representation that a particular strategy is appropriate for every business

SEOforlawfirm does not warrant that every article, statistic, example, case study, ranking factor, search-volume figure, third-party quotation, or other piece of information remains current at all times.

Search behavior, software, laws, platform policies, marketing technology, statistics, and industry practices change over time.

8. Case Studies, Testimonials, Performance Data, and Examples

The Website contains or references case studies, testimonials, performance information, rankings, traffic growth, lead numbers, campaign results, client experiences, examples, and similar information.

Such information describes individual circumstances or historical performance.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Actual results differ based on factors such as:

  • Practice area
  • Geographic market
  • Competition
  • Website history
  • Domain authority
  • Advertising budget
  • Existing reputation
  • Client intake systems
  • Client responsiveness
  • Content quality
  • Search engine changes
  • Market conditions
  • Length of campaign
  • Implementation speed

Statistics or performance figures displayed on the Website must not be interpreted as promises that every client will obtain identical or comparable results.

9. No Confidential or Privileged Relationship Through Website Contact

Submitting a message, inquiry, form, email, or other communication through the Website does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or other professional relationship.

Website communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege merely because SEOforlawfirm works with attorneys or law firms.

Users must not submit privileged legal communications, highly sensitive personal information, protected health information, confidential client files, passwords, financial-account credentials, or other restricted information through ordinary Website forms unless SEOforlawfirm has expressly provided an approved method for transmitting such information.

Submission of an inquiry does not obligate SEOforlawfirm to accept an engagement.

10. Eligibility and Lawful Use

The Website is intended for users who possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Users must use the Website only for lawful purposes.

Users shall not:

  • Violate applicable federal, state, local, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers, accounts, systems, or data
  • Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, malicious code, or harmful technology
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract Website data through unauthorized automated methods
  • Interfere with Website performance or security
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use Website content to misrepresent an affiliation with SEOforlawfirm
  • Copy Website content for competing commercial services without authorization
  • Reverse engineer proprietary Website technology
  • Use Website materials in a manner that infringes intellectual-property rights
  • Use the Website for fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or deceptive activity

SEOforlawfirm reserves the right to restrict or terminate Website access following conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the Website, SEOforlawfirm, its clients, or third parties.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website and its original materials are owned by or licensed to SEOforlawfirm.

Protected materials include, where applicable:

  • Written content
  • Service descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Website layouts
  • Videos
  • Images
  • Reports
  • Templates
  • Marketing frameworks
  • Data compilations
  • Downloadable resources
  • Software
  • Code
  • Design elements
  • Proprietary processes

Such materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws.

SEOforlawfirm grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Website materials for lawful informational purposes.

No provision in these Terms transfers ownership of SEOforlawfirm intellectual property.

Users shall not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative commercial works from, or commercially exploit protected Website materials without prior written authorization from SEOforlawfirm, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

12. Trademarks

SEOforlawfirm names, logos, service names, designs, slogans, graphics, and trade dress used on the Website constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or protected branding belonging to SEOforlawfirm or applicable licensors.

No Website use grants a license to use these marks.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. User-Submitted Materials

A user who submits text, files, images, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, reviews, business information, or other materials to SEOforlawfirm represents that the user possesses all rights and permissions required to provide those materials.

The user represents that submitted materials do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other third-party rights.

Where materials are supplied for marketing or service-performance purposes, the user authorizes SEOforlawfirm to use, reproduce, edit, process, transmit, display, or distribute those materials to the extent reasonably necessary to provide requested services, subject to any separate agreement between SEOforlawfirm and the client.

The user remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of materials supplied to SEOforlawfirm.

14. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Website contains links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, services, articles, tools, directories, and resources.

SEOforlawfirm does not own or control those third parties unless expressly stated.

SEOforlawfirm assumes no responsibility for third-party:

  • Content
  • Accuracy
  • Security
  • Availability
  • Privacy practices
  • Terms
  • Products
  • Services
  • Advertising
  • Data collection
  • Business practices

A link from SEOforlawfirm does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

Users access third-party websites at their own risk and remain subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

15. Website Availability and Security

SEOforlawfirm seeks to maintain a functional and secure Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Website is provided subject to maintenance, outages, hosting issues, cyber incidents, technical failures, software errors, third-party service interruptions, internet disruptions, and circumstances outside SEOforlawfirm’s reasonable control.

SEOforlawfirm does not warrant that:

  • The Website will operate continuously
  • The Website will always remain available
  • Every defect will be corrected
  • Website content will always remain current
  • Every feature will function on every device or browser
  • The Website or its servers will remain entirely free from harmful components

Users remain responsible for maintaining suitable cybersecurity protections, backups, devices, software, and internet access.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL WEBSITE CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, FEATURES, AND RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

SEOFORLAWFIRM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.

SEOforlawfirm makes no warranty that use of the Website will produce a specific business, financial, marketing, ranking, traffic, lead, consultation, or revenue result.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEOFORLAWFIRM AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS.

This exclusion includes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, damages relating to:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue

  • Business interruption
  • Search ranking loss
  • Traffic loss
  • Lost leads
  • Lost clients
  • Advertising losses
  • Reputation damage
  • Data corruption
  • Unauthorized system access
  • Third-party platform actions

The limitation applies regardless of whether the asserted theory involves contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, warranty, or another legal theory and regardless of whether SEOforlawfirm was advised of the possibility of such damages.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOFORLAWFIRM’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM A USER’S USE OF THE PUBLIC WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT THE USER PAID SEOFORLAWFIRM SOLELY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Liability relating to separately purchased services remains subject to the applicable service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law prohibits SEOforlawfirm from limiting or excluding.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOforlawfirm and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to:

  • The user’s unlawful use of the Website
  • The user’s violation of these Terms

  • The user’s violation of privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights
  • Fraudulent or misleading information submitted by the user
  • Unauthorized use of Website content
  • Conduct performed through the user’s account or systems where applicable

This section does not require indemnification for matters that applicable law prohibits from being shifted to the user.

19. Privacy

Use of personal information collected through the Website remains subject to SEOforlawfirm’s applicable privacy disclosures and privacy policy.

Users acknowledge that internet transmission carries inherent security risks.

No provision in these Terms authorizes SEOforlawfirm to use personal information in a manner prohibited by applicable privacy law.

20. Electronic Communications

Submitting a Website form or communicating electronically with SEOforlawfirm constitutes consent to receive communications relating to that inquiry, request, account, transaction, or business relationship through electronic means.

Marketing communications remain subject to applicable law and available opt-out rights.

Electronic records, notices, disclosures, and communications satisfy requirements that such communications be provided in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Paid Services and Separate Agreements

Website access does not automatically create a client relationship.

SEOforlawfirm and a client establish the terms of paid services through an applicable proposal, contract, statement of work, order form, invoice terms, or other written agreement.

Such agreements address matters including applicable fees, deliverables, service scope, payment obligations, intellectual-property ownership, termination rights, campaign responsibilities, and other engagement-specific requirements.

Website Terms do not modify an executed client agreement unless the client agreement expressly incorporates these Terms.

22. No Partnership, Agency, or Joint Venture

Use of the Website does not create a partnership, franchise, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, joint venture, agency, attorney-client relationship, or other relationship between the user and SEOforlawfirm.

No user possesses authority to bind SEOforlawfirm without express written authorization.

23. International Access

Users accessing the Website from another jurisdiction remain responsible for compliance with laws applicable to their use of the Website.

SEOforlawfirm does not represent that Website materials are legally appropriate for every jurisdiction.

24. Suspension and Termination

SEOforlawfirm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, block, or terminate access to all or part of the Website following:

  • A violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraud
  • Security threats
  • Abuse
  • Unauthorized automated activity
  • Intellectual-property infringement
  • Conduct that threatens SEOforlawfirm or third parties
  • Conduct that interferes with Website operation
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Sections that logically survive termination remain effective following termination, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification provisions, governing-law provisions, and dispute provisions.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires a different rule.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

26. Jurisdiction and Venue

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any lawsuit, action, or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website that is not governed by a separate dispute-resolution agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction with lawful authority over the dispute.

Each party consents to the jurisdiction of such court and waives objections to venue or forum based solely on inconvenience, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

27. Rights That Cannot Be Waived

Nothing in these Terms waives, restricts, or eliminates rights or remedies that applicable law prohibits a party from waiving.

If consumer-protection law, privacy law, or another applicable statute provides a user with non-waivable rights, those statutory rights remain effective.

28. Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that a provision of these Terms is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

29. No Waiver

Failure by SEOforlawfirm to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

A waiver is effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorized representative of SEOforlawfirm.

30. Assignment

Users shall not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written authorization from SEOforlawfirm.

SEOforlawfirm reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, transfer of assets, change of control, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the agreement between SEOforlawfirm and Website users concerning use of the public Website, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference.

These Terms do not replace a separate written agreement governing purchased services.

32. Headings

Section headings exist for convenience and organization. Headings do not alter the interpretation of these Terms.

33. Changes to These Terms

SEOforlawfirm reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Website unless a later effective date is stated.

The “Effective Date” displayed at the beginning of this page identifies the latest published version.

Continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Users who disagree with revised Terms must discontinue use of the Website.
